Zags - Merrylands

I am very picky when it comes to fish and chips. I am usually not too fond of fish because I hate the fishy taste and smell. However, Zag's fish and chip is what I swear by, namely their fish cocktails. Whether you hate fish or love fish, I will guarantee that it will be one of the best if not the best fish and chips you've ever had. What I look for in good fish and chips is the batter. What I constitute as bad batter is when there is no crunch, no texture and flavourless. But ZAG! Mouth watering fish at ZAGS is just amazing! The first inside is nice and soft without that potent fish taste, the batter is nice and crunchy and deliciousss! Not to mention the chips are amazing! They are thick cut chips with a slight butter flavour. Topped with addicting chicken salt it just makes everything heaven.

I ordered the 6 fish cocktails with chips for ONLY $6.99.  I can never finish half of it because they are so generous with their serving. So eat it with a mate.

I was so consumed on raving about the amazing fish and chips that I forgot to tell you guys where it is! I get my Zags in the shopping centre of Stockland Merrylands. I also know that there is one in Whetherill Park, but I have tried it yet.
