Wish to have some awesome rib? Hurricane's Grill & Bar is certainly your standard, hearty rib bistro through and through utilizing minimal presentation and not skimping on servings and sauces. In addition to their diverse menu, which surprisingly includes vegetarian options, they also posses an enormous fully-stocked bar.
Even with so much choice we were a little shocked when the only thing we were drawn to was the full rack of pork ribs. But we were not left disappointed for long.
Despite the restaurant not changing their menu seasonally the quality of our meals was excellent. Their pork rib main was massive. The meat was truly ‘fall of the bone’ tender and infused with a classic Australian BBQ flavour to them. The chips were crispy and perfectly cooked, and we highly recommend the Peri Peri sauce on the side to add a kick of flavor. But only for those that can handle some heat! The restaurant is also a great place for gathering.
